I do not relate to Lauren Burkhalter in her article LOL =D. I believe that it is okay to answer a text message, rather than a phone call. Answering a phone call is more of a distraction than quietly sending a text message, even if it is in a movie theater. I mean who is really going to pay attention to a small night in an audience when they are paying to watch a movie. Therefore, I think it is okay to text in a public setting. Thank you Lauren for sharing your opinion, but there are other ways people can be rude.
