The sun is out but it's still dark outside.

It was dark but light.
Many people filled the streets with horrific delight.
It was festival night with people dressing up and living the life.

Tonight was all about letting everything out.
It was about seeing where things go with the partner right next to you.
The prediction of tomorrow comes with the result of tonight.

A beautiful girl in beautiful clothes catches a certain man's eyes.
He watches how she walks with grace, as if she were an angel.
He watches how her eyes seem to wander everywhere, she knows someones watching.
This might be a challenge for him.

She goes with the crowd in the masquerade club, he follows as well.
She can sense him but yet doesn't have the sense.
To run.

The night goes on, the man grows impatient; he plans his first trick.
He puts on a mask, and goes to join the celebration.

He greets her sweetly, starts to play games with her mind, he has done this many times before.
He knows he has already succeeded.

She follows the man through the night, thinking its a new beginning of a new knight.
How naïve minds can be.
He holds her hand, kisses her neck, and tells her she's beautiful.
Tricks that always destroy the intelligence in a young girl's mind.

Things get physical, she starts to refuse saying she has to go, he pushes her down and covers her mouth. He takes what she has, he takes what she's been saving. She knows that this is her tragic ending, she regrets on how foolish she has behaved.

He takes out the pistol, pulls the trigger.

What a horrible death, of a beautiful girl and in such a beautiful place.
