Two Distant Sisters
She is the only one who understands me. I am the only one who understands her. Two distant sisters with distant schools and broken hearts from eight hours apart. Two who belong together that are no more. Two sorrowful women separated by college. From phone calls, roommates hear, but Molly just listens and doesn’t realize what distance can do.
Our love is unbreakable. We send notes through the mail. We will grow up but we won’t grow distant and lose our love through the hard times and call each other and never stop talking.
Let one forget the relationship she lost, she’d fall like a snowflake, by a relationship unbreakable. Love, love, love when they’d talk. They’d be longing.
When I am too homesick and too lonely to stay smiling, when I am a sad sorrowful person so many thoughts, then I call my sister. When there is nothing left to think about laying in bed. Two who grew so close. Two who love and do not forget to be thankful. Two whose only reason is to be and be.
