Summer 2016
Carter was determined to have an exciting summer this year, she didn’t want to do the usual mall, movies, and going out to eat. She wanted a real adventure like the one’s she read in her favorite books or saw in the movies. A summer fund was the way to go. Summer adventures weren’t cheap and she knew that doing these fun things were going to heart the bank. With her 18th birthday coming around the corner Carter had a lot of ideas already in mind. Going to beach with her friends finally with out adult super vision, going on road trips her heart jumped just thinking of the endless possibilities and freedom summer 16 has in store for her. Her and her boyfriend has been planning summer trips all school year long. They are both graduating and are crazy in love and basically have the mindset that they are going to be together forever, there’s nothing like your first love. Music festivals, amusement parks, laser tag the list went on and on. She had every intention to take a year off before committing to any colleges or schools. Although her parents weren’t to thrilled they knew she was a smart girl and everything would turn out good they had faith in her to do well in life. Summer was finally approaching already 600$ saved in Carter’s summer fund and two road trips booked, everything she had planned was coming together. Living a care free life was so exciting, Carter always wanted to get on a random bus or train and ride it to the end and figure it out from there. Spontaneous adventures memorial moments Carter couldn’t wait to explore her knew adult hood and freedom that was to come. Even though she knew sooner or later the real tough times and serious responsibilities real adult hood would have on her life she knew she wanted to enjoy her life as much as she could while she was young.
