Soaring Above Your Head!...At Night or Day?

Im back pooped out and emaciated for what I've tracked down.
MY EYES glow so I can find you.
MY EYES zoom in on you so I can find you. We both drag and retrieve our prey.
WE devour our prey, but I with the glowing eyes, eat and teminate my prey, then I cough a pellet.
People think I hardly have feathers on my head! People think I'm more than stuffed up with feathers! Turns out to be, we're almost the same!
Here's the thing, I'm a Bald Eagle, what are you companion?
I'm a Screech Owl; we are not that different, are we?!
