It's Never the End
I held him tightly as tears crept down his face in an almost solid stream, landing on his dirty blue-jeans. "You can't keep doing this to yourself!" I tried to tell him this every time.
"Jenny," His voice trailed off and I could tell how weak he felt, "I know why." The once high, squeaky voice broke.
I hated this game, Jordan would always make it hard for me to understand. "Jordan, what are you talking about?"
He looked at me with his big, emerald eyes hiding behind his too-long black hair. "Nate," I almost couldn't believe he could be talkative at a time like this, "He- he told me why."
"Why we broke up? Because you already know why." I shifted around on his Batman sheets, now speckled with blood.
"No," Jordan almost looked mad, "Why you did what I do. Why you tried to kill yourself."

Confusing, but this would make a good prolouge. Perhaps not so confusing as intriguing.It leaves a question, and that's good. Awesome job!
