   I forget why I'm supposed to make fun of that new kid. I forget why I'm supposed to think I'm better because of my color and religion. I forget why I'm supposed to hate. I forget why I can't be friends with them. I forget why I can't sit at that table. I forget why I was yelled at by my friends because I didn't stick up for them when they tried to beat that kid up. I forget why I can't be myself. I forget why I pretend to fit in. I forget why I want to remember. 1
