Now Playing
My mind is a movie theatre with only one subject. The price to watch and enter is quite high: sanity, reality, heart, soul, life. You sit down and before you can do anything, chains clamp you to the rough chair. You’re stuck. All around you the roll begins to turn. Every memory plays and there’s nowhere to run. The good memories full of laughter and smiles bring tears. The worse ones cause agony, pain searing in every vein. There’s no way to avoid the flashes of what used to be. It’s all around you, you can’t turn away. You can’t even close your eyes, it’s in your mind isn’t it? Finally the movie ends, and you tense up, ready to run once the chains release you…but that is not the case. It just begins again, and again and again.
