The Lovers
The two lovers working the same shift are as common as time.
“Hey, Kenzie! What are you doing after work?” I asked.
“Nothing much just helping my mom, why?” she replies.
“Want to see a movie?” I say all excited. As much as I try I know I can’t compete with her one true love.

This is the first time I have made a story more about the struggles of love/rejection as this is how complexed love can be where you have feelings for someone while they like someone else. as the saying goes we all want what we can't have.
