It was a sunny but cold morning. Jenna was walking to school to start her first day back. As she walked, the frost caught her cheeks turning the rose pink. The wind swept through her hair as she talked to Bonnie on the phone.

"So what is going on with you and Bryan?" As soon as Bonnie said that, Jenna blushed and smiled.

"There is nothing going on, I promise"

"Yeah okay.. let's go with that"

At that moment Bryan crept up behind her and grabbed her phone out of her hand. He smiled at her and tried to block her from getting my phone back.

"Hey is this Bonnie?"

"Depends who's asking"

"Bryan, anyway Jenna has to go now bye"

Before either Jenna or Bonnie had a chance to say anything he ended the call and slid her phone in his pocket and zipped it up. He put his arm round Jenna's neck walking beside her.

"so where you two talking about me?"

"mm.. of course not" Jenna's voice went shaky as she said it. She was scared in case he found out.

"then what were you talking about?"

"we.. were.. talking about.. books!"

"yeah okay"

He looked at her and smirked. He walked away to join his friends. Only then did she realise that she was standing in front of the school doors. As Jenna walked in the doors, she was immediately joined by Emma and Bonnie who were wondering why she took so long, then they seen Bryan smile and wave at her. They turned to each other and smiled.

(Emma) "I still find it all so weird"

(Jenna) "what do you find weird?"

(Bonnie) "Emma you better not say anything!"

(Jenna) "Come on guys, what are you keeping from me?"

(school bell rings signalling first period)

(Bonnie and Emma) "saved by the bell"

They walked off to science as Jenna made her way over to English. English is only her favourite subject cause she get to see Bryan and he sits next to her. As she walked through the door she realised she walked straight into the wrong class and was actually standing in the middle of the higher History class. She walked as fast as she could out the classroom and ran to English and through the door and collapsed on her seat.

"what an entrance" Bryan whispered to me and laughed quietly.

She could feel her cheeks getting redder.

(teacher) "Today you will be writing a story on the weirdest thing you think would happen, No talking as soon as you have a sheet ,start"

Jenna was handed a sheet and started to write the title, Trapped, She began writing. When she wrote it was as if she entered another world and the pen had a mind of its own. Ideas started to flood out onto the paper...

* ONE HOUR LATER *

(Teacher) "Okay Pupils, The school bell is about to go, Please take care when going home and write your name on the sheets and hand them down to the front."

Everyone done what the teacher said, everyone but Jenna. Bryan walked over to Jenna and pinched her arm softly.

" Hey! what was that for? Why is everyone packing up?"

"Well you deserved it and the bell's about to go, didnt you hear the teacher?"

"(Sarcastically) Does it look like I did?"

"Wow okay hurry up and get packed, I'll wait on you, Bonnie, Connor, Emma and Hamish are going to meet us in the library."

Bryan smirked at Jenna as she shoved her story in her bag and flung it up over her shoulder. Jenna walked out the door in front of Bryan and when they got out the door Bryan went beside Jenna and put his arm around her neck.

"You, Jenna, are a weird person"

"Haha just a bit!"

Bryan stops dead in front of her and opens the library door,

"After you..."

"Since when did you become a gentleman?"

Both of them laughed,

"Since I met you"

*LATER ON IN THE LIBRARY*

All of them were sitting in the far corner of the library. Bryan stood by Jenna who sat on the window ledge. Emma and Bonnie sat on their phone at the table in front of them.And as always Connor and Hamish were swinging off the chairs. Emma turned around to face Bryan and Jenna.

"Aww the love birds!"

"No way Emma , you know it annoys me when you say that."

Bryan, Bonnie, Hamish and Connor just laughed at Jenna and Emma bickering. Bryan jumped up beside Jenna and moved a bit of her hair. He whispered in her ear,

"Would it be so bad if we were together?",

Jenna whispered back,

"Well wouldn't it be weird? because Emma is one of my bestest friend and I wouldn't want to hurt her..."

She quickly jumped off the ledge and walked out the library door. She moved to quickly to see the hurt in Bryan's eyes when she said that. Everyone turned around to see what had happened. Bonnie and Emma stood up to go after her when Bryan said,

"Don't I'll go..."

He ran after her leaving the rest of them staring after them. Bonnie finally broke the silence,

"Was it just me or is there something going on between them?",

Hamish nodded and said,

"Yeah I've been thinking that for months now."

"Hamish just stop now, you haven't said a thing about it and there is nothing between them."

"Wow, Connor that is actually the first thing you have said that i have understood"

All of them burst into laughter.

*MEANWHILE OUTSIDE IN THE ENGLISH CORRIDOR*

"Jenna wait!"

"No just leave me alone"

Bryan grabbed her arm and spun her around to face him. He seen the tears rolling down her face. He wiped the tears off her face with the back of his hand.

"Please tell me why you are so upset"

"I'm upset because I realised when I said that... we could never be togeth..."

Before she could finish what she was saying, Bryan slid his hand in to Jenna's.

"Jenna, I love you and I always have."

As soon as he said that, he leaned in and kissed her. As as soon as he did ,Connor came round the corner. All of them didn't know what to do. Bryan and Jenna were still standing hand in hand...

Would Connor tell Emma or would he keep their secret?

Bryan and Jenna still stood hand in had frozen on the spot with connor still standing at the door. Bryan was the first to speak.

"Connor, please don't say anything to Emma."

"I'm not sure how you two are going to tell her what just happened cause I'm not going to be the one to do it. Can both of you please tell me why?

"Okay... there isn't much to tell honest."

All three of them walked into the nearest classroom and sat down.

"So??"

"Connor please can we talk later? I promise we will tell Emma what happened."

"Fine"

All of them walked back to the library. Before Bryan walked through the door, Connor grabbed his arm and said,

"I hope you know how much this is going to hurt Emma"

Bryan just pulled his arm away and continued through the door. Bonnie, Emma and Hamish were still sitting in the same places. Bonnie pulled Jenna aside.

"What happened out there?"

"Nothing"

"Ohh please, you are you tryin' to fool. yourself or me? I can see the tear marks you tried to cover up. Now spill..."

"Fine, I hate that I can't lie to you... Okay, When we were sitting on the window ledge, after me and Emma bickered, he whispered 'would it be so bad if we were together' and then I said yes because he's Emma's brother and I wouldn't want to hurt her. So when I disappeared I went to the English corridor and Bryan came after me and he pulled me towards him and then he kissed me and Connor seen it!!!!!!!!!!"

"Oh, are you going to tell Emma?"

"Not yet"

Whilst everyone was talking to each other none of them realised that everyone left and went home, even the teachers, and someone had locked the library door without knowing they were still in there. By this time all the school doors had been locked and it was only them left.

"Guys?"

"Yeah Hamish?"

"I don't know if you guys noticed but everyone has left."

"Oh I never even realised. We better go then"

All of them headed towards the door. Connor tried to open it.

"Huh? I think the door is a bit stiff."

Bryan walked to the door.

"Let me try"

None of them could get the door open. It was Bonnie's turn o try and open it.

"Have any of you got a bobby pin?"

"Yeah, here you go."

Bonnie managed to open the door using the bobby pin. By now they all guessed that all the other doors would be locked. So they decided to split up and see what they could find. Sadly for them it was the summer holidays and no one would be in for at least six weeks.

(Connor) "I think we should split up."

(Bonnie) "Great idea what about: Jenna and Bryan, Emma and you and then Me and Hamish?"

(Emma) "Fine with me"

(Both Jenna and Bryan) " Okay then"

(Connor) " Okay, Bryan and Jenna, you two can go and see if you can get into the kitchens. Hamish                              and Bonnie, you two can check music cause they always have a box of biscuits lying                                      around and me and Emma will search the offices."

Bonnie and Hamish walked down to music. The whole way there, there was an awkward silence. Finally, they reached music.

(Bonnie) "So... what are we looking for?"

(Hamish) "I think we are supposed to look for biscuits "

(Bonnie) "Okay then, Shall we check the store cupboard?"

(Hamish) "Okay I'll go and get the keys."

After Hamish returns with the keys, he unlocks the door and lets it swing open. He starts to search the cupboard whilst Bonnie takes selfies like she always does. Hamish walks behind her and wraps his arms around Bonnies waist.

(Bonnie) "What do you think you're doing?"

(Hamish) "Something I've been wanting to do for a while now."

He reached up and grabbed her phone out her hand and placed it on a nearby shelf.

(Bonnie) "What might that be?"

(Hamish) "This"

He spun Bonnie round to face him and kissed her holding her tight.

(Bonnie) "Uh, What just happened?"

(Hamish) "I just kissed you. See I've liked you since primary seven when you poured glue into my hair and I've been scared to tell you and When I found out we were stuck in here, I finally found the courage to do it so I kissed you"

(Bonnie) "Aww that's really sweet how you remember me and the glue incident."

(Hamish) "You're the most beautiful girl I have ever met and will ever met. Your funny and weird but                            that's what i love about you. You will always be my weirdo. Your really talented and you                               know how to cheer someone up in the worst of times. I am really lucky to know you and I                             was wondering if you... would be my... girlfriend?

(Bonnie) "That is the sweetest thing anyone has ever said to me. Of course I'll be your girlfriend!!

Hamish lifted Bonnie in his arms and hugged her tight. When her feet touched the ground he kissed her again.

(Bonnie) "Now how about those biscuits?"

*LATER ON IN THE DAY*

Bryan and Jenna were on their way down to the kitchens when Jenna sopped dead in the middle of the stairs.

"What are we?"

"What do you mean?"

"I mean what are we now because of what happened outside English?"

"I am not too sure."

"Oh okay"

She continued to walk down the stairs. Bryan quickly followed after her. A few minutes later they arrived at the home economics corridor.

"There has to be something we can use"

They spent a few minutes searching for nothing. Neither of them talked or even looked at each other.

(Jenna) "Have I done something wrong?"

(Bryan) "Of course not why would you think that?"

(Jenna) "We haven't talked since well you know"

(Bryan) "So what? You haven't talked to me so..."

(Jenna) "Why so stuck up? What's got into you!"

Bryan stormed off leaving Jenna on her own. She decided to walk around the bottom floor to avoid the drama of the rest of them. Whilst she was walking past a window she noticed a strange shadow lurking in the background. She could have sworn it was a shadow of a person but she know there was no one else. As she started to walk away a voice said,

"Who's there?"

"It's Jenna, who are you?"

"Oh, well hi...it's Jack, where are you?"

" just at the window, how did you get here?"

"I was locked in here. After every one left."

"Me too"

"Is there anyone else here?"

"Yeah Hamish Bonnie Emma Connor and Bryan"

"Yesss! Hamish is here"

"I think they are back up in the library, want to go up?"

"I guess"

Jenna and Jack headed to the library. Everyone had gathered up there with what they found.
