The scissors and razor blades have words on them. The ones on the wrists say "Lazy", "Fat", "Ugly", and "Hate", the scissor pieces say "Binge" and "Starve", the decapitated razor piece touching the palm of the hand says "Trapped" and the top center one says "Lies". I created this in response to eating disorders and self-harm, and the recovery from them.
