I always did my artworks in a really smooth or detailed style, so I decided to try some different methods. I also saw many videos and pictures online that are amazing art pieces done on black papers, so I used black poster paper as the media for this piece. The color pencils I used this time are prismacolors that tend to blend in well. Since the background is black, the pencil can't quite cover the color in one try. So I applied a lot more pressure on the pencils than usual, and surprisingly it looks a lot like pastel. The contrast stood out pretty well too.

&quot;Seeing a spider in my room isn&#039;t scary. It&#039;s scary when it disappears.&quot;<br /> I think both are scary. I see a spider. I scream. I run out of the room. I come back half an hour later with the nation&#039;s entire SWAT team. Spider is gone. /(owo)/

Absolutely gorgeous!
