I love the study of the neck and facial poses so obvious in this picture. Useful to base other drawings off of, but also pretty in its own right. The only criticism I have is the fix the chin, you seem to have a bit of a realism problem there. But honestly, it's just a small problem and it's obvious you are very talented!
